Tamara Ashjian is an experienced insurance claims leader with nearly 20 years in the industry, specializing in cyber and technology-related risk. She most recently served as Vice President of Cyber & Tech Claims at Tokio Marine HCC, where she led a growing department handling complex cases such as data breaches, cyber extortion, and regulatory liability. Tamara began her cyber insurance career at NAS Insurance Services in 2016 and played a key role in building and scaling the claims function through its acquisition by Tokio Marine HCC. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Ironshore Insurance and AIG, managing environmental, professional, and casualty claims. She started her career as a litigation attorney and holds a BA from UCLA and a JD from Whittier Law School. Tamara is known for her practical approach, strong leadership, and deep understanding of evolving cyber risks.
